Most roof leaks start with a failed ridge line — old mortar crumbles, tiles lift and water finds its way in. Ridges are stripped back, re-bedded and pointed, blockages are cleared and the whole roof is left clean and sealed.
Ridge re-bedding & repointing
Loose and hollow ridge tiles lifted, re-bedded on fresh mortar and pointed so wind and rain stay out.
Slipped & broken tiles
Cracked, slipped or missing tiles replaced and made good, with photos of the finished repair.
Nests & blockages cleared
Nesting, straw and debris cleared from ridges, valleys and gutters so water runs where it should.
Moss removal & roof wash
